The Elite PMU Boot Camp

Taught by two-time competition winner, Elena Blinova,
will be held online from July 2nd to August 30th 2024.

This intensive course is designed to prepare participants for the WULOP Championship in Canada, focusing on boosting skills and upgrading knowledge.

What You’ll Learn

Each week, theory and demo procedures will cover Powdery Brows, Velvet Lips, and Velvet Eyeliner using Elena’s signature technique. Weekly Zoom meetings will provide you with your homework and personalized feedback. You’ll learn everything about competing and winning the competition, including the rules and criteria for each zone, how to prepare, choosing models, and overcoming nervousness to work confidently during the championship.
